The Personal Interview segment which based on input, can automatically calculate the correct BMR (ones needed calories), proper amount of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and micronutrient needs (vitamins and minerals). Once complete, you have the following options:

  • Record client eating habits to create a dietary analysis
  • Quickly copy and print from Ph.D. approved pre-built meal plan templates
  • Build meal plans from scratch using custom foods and supplements

 

The Meals Screen will quickly and easily record intake and create or copy from meal plan templates. You can also edit the amount of servings, delete foods, save favorites and add foods to create variety and build other meal planners for multiple days.

Assessing body composition is determined by the relative percentages of lean body mass to fat mass. The Body Composition Screen allows easy entry of all body fat data and automatic calculation of overall body fat mass, lean mass and body fat percentage. It also displays the recommended range for optimal health. The screen supports two (2) effective types of site testing methods using a skinfold caliper device. The One-Site and the clinical standard Three Site method. The Deluxe version of DietMaster 2000 ships with a personal body fat tester that allows you to perform private testing.

The Goals & Tracking Screen has the capability to track the user's weight, body fat percentage, fat in pounds and lean body mass in pounds. A start date is entered along with the user's weight, fat percentage, etc. Over time, as data is recorded in the Body Composition Screen, the Tracking screen keeps the user aware of complete body composition changes.

Exercise Screen acts as a weight training and aerobic activity planner or recorder. A report can be generated from this screen and used as an exercise prescription for the user. The screen provides detailed exercise information including sets, reps, weight, duration, speed, distance and target heart rate training zone. The Exercise Screen comes with built-in exercises, but you can also add your own quickly and easily.
